We know that students rely on our classes to relieve stress, build strength, and socialize. So starting Tuesday, March 17th, we will be offering online classes. Here’s what you need to know!

What classes will we offer online?

  • We will offer flexibility, conditioning, home pole, and floorwork classes. Have suggestions for other at-home classes? Let us know!

What is our class schedule?

  • Class time slots will be rolled out gradually to determine the best available times for students. Once the schedule is fully up and running, we initially anticipate that classes will be offered weekdays at 12pm, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm and on weekends at 9am, 10am, 2pm, and 3pm. See our full schedule.

How do I join a class?

  • Sign up for classes through our Website, MindBody online, or the MindBody app, just as you would for our regular in-studio classes. Classes will be taught via the Zoom platform. When you sign up for a class, you will receive a confirmation email containing a sign-on password for the class.

What equipment do I need to participate in an online class?

  • In general, you will only need a yoga mat to participate. Classes may occasionally recommend blocks or bands, which can be substituted with stacked books and belts. Home pole classes are limited to those who own a home pole.

Late fees? No-shows? Class sizes?

  • We are initially not capping the sizes of our online classes. Additionally, if you purchase an online membership, we will not charge you late or no-show fees. For single-class purchases, you will be able to cancel anytime before the start of class and the class will be re-applied to your account.

I’m a regular Fly Together Fitness member. Do I get any perks?

  • Yes! Keep an eye out for an email coming from us with details on how to apply your membership discount to online classes!
