Pole +: Bring a Friend for Free
May 10th, 2025

This class is a 2 for 1 experience! Bring a friend who has been meaning to try pole- we'll learn Intro to Pole moves and all-levels variations to keep you interested plus some floor and chair skills. This will be a mix of tricks and dance/sensual movement vibes!
Fly Together is hosting a studio showcase at the Watertown location! Come see a amazing group of students and instructors share their art!
A portion of all ticket sales and purchases during the showcase will go towards GLASS, an organization that provides a continuum of services to LGBTQ+ youth of color and their allies in the Greater Boston area.
There is also a Performer Closet Swap running 4pm- 6pm and during intermission. Bring a bag to donate or grab some items before the show!
Prior Events

Join Lala Luscious for a 3-Week Twerk Series! Each class will build on the prior week and is an hour and 45 min so you can maximize your experience. Don't miss this opportunity to learn with Lala!
Class 1: Endurance. Join instructor Lala for a twerkout that will have you twerking longer and stronger. We will be reviewing the 5 twerk fundamentals. Prerequisite: This class is ideal for all levels.
Class 2: Twerk Combos. We will be learning twerk combos and how to apply them to any tempo. Prerequisite: Must have a basic understanding of the 5 fundamentals of twerk.
Class 3: Put it on the floor! We will be taking it to the floor with this final class. We will be covering low, floor, and upside down twerks. Prerequisite: Must have a basic understanding of the 5 fundamentals of twerk.
This interactive sport and performance psychology workshop is designed specifically for pole dancers and athletes who want to develop a stronger mental foundation for performance. Using a mindfulness-based approach, we will explore how to:
- Reduce performance anxiety and nervousness
- Improve focus and concentration during training and performances
- Develop a non-judgmental awareness of thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations
- Cultivate resilience and a sense of presence in movement
- Strengthen the mind-body connection for optimal performance
The workshop will combine psychoeducation, experiential mindfulness exercises, movement-based awareness practices, and guided discussion.
Yana Parfievich Guest Instructor
March 2nd- March 24th 2025
Yana Parfievich is coming to our studio to host a Flow Fundamentals series Mondays from 3/3- 3/24 at 8:30pm and a flexibility pop-up at 4pm on Sunday 3/2! Yana specializes in heels and has taught pole for multiple years, including to some of our current instructors. These classes have special pricing, but membership discounts apply! This Contemporary style class will practice grounded articulation and technical movement while indicating expression. You will explore the body's full capacity to angelate, expand, isolate and dynamically move in various movement qualities. Come join Joe González's class as we jump and turn while riding the rhythm of many styles of music.

Performance Prep Course
June 28th - October 4th, 2024

Do you want to step into the spotlight but have no idea where to begin? Are you an experienced performer looking to up your game? Join us for an 8 session series where you will gain experience in all aspects of preparing for and performing a choreographed piece. Whether you’re dancing on the pole, a chair, or the floor, you’ll learn the fundamentals of choreography and how to take the audience’s breath away with your tricks and stage presence!
Each 2 hour session will start with 45-60 minutes of activities followed by a short warmup and practice time with a coach. Throughout the course you will build your own piece and will have opportunities to practice performing in a safe, supportive environment!
